Day 1: Pickup from Chandigarh – Transfer to Reckong Peo
Early morning departure from Chandigarh. Enjoy a scenic drive via Shimla, Rampur, and Karcham. Reach Reckong Peo, the gateway to Kinnaur Valley.
Overnight stay in Reckong Peo.

Day 2: Reckong Peo to Thangi (Drive – 4 hrs)
Post breakfast, drive towards Thangi, a quaint Himalayan village located along the Tedong stream. Acclimatize and explore the village.

Day 3: Trek from Thangi to Lambar (10 km)
Begin your trekking adventure following the Charang Khad. The route ascends gradually through scenic pine forests.
Overnight camping in Lambar (2,950 m), a peaceful alpine spot.

Day 4: Trek from Lambar to Charang Village (20 km)
Trek through high-altitude trails to Charang village (3,400 m), home to an ancient gompa. Seek blessings and interact with the locals.

Day 5: Trek from Charang to Lalanti (13 km)
Ascend through mesmerizing meadows and lush pastures, arriving at Lalanti (4,300 m). Surrounded by rocky peaks and glacier streams.
Overnight camp near Lalanti stream.

Day 6: Trek from Lalanti to Chitkul via Charang Pass (27 km)
The ultimate trekking day! Cross Charang Pass (5,240 m) after a steep and rocky climb. Witness panoramic views from the summit. Descend to Chitkul (3,400 m) and visit Chitkul Devi Temple for blessings.
Overnight stay in rest house/campsite.

Day 7: Drive from Chitkul to Sangla – Continue to Shimla
After breakfast, drive to Sangla and continue through the beautiful Baspa Valley and Karcham Dam towards Shimla.
