Itinerary
Day 1: Chandigarh to Billing – Begin the Adventure
Pickup from Chandigarh in a comfortable cab (Etios/Desire or similar).
Drive through scenic hills to reach Billing, Asia’s paragliding capital.
Upon arrival, meet your trek guide and begin the trek to Rajagunda, a peaceful Himalayan hamlet.
Enjoy the fresh mountain air and panoramic views as you ascend.
Overnight stay in tents or a local homestay at Rajagunda.

Day 2: Rajagunda to Barot via Slater Pass (Trek – 13 km)
Begin your trek alongside the Uhl River, taking the trail southward.
Pass through traditional villages like Rowling, Kothikod, and Baragram, known for their unique wooden architecture and terrace farming.
Descend to Mayot, and admire its traditional cedarwood houses.
Continue through pine, willow, and alnus tree-shaded trails to reach Barot.
Overnight stay in Barot at a guesthouse or rest house.

Day 3: Discover Barot – Nature, History & Tranquility
Explore the scenic town of Barot, located along the Uhl River.
Visit the Shanan Hydel Project, the first hydropower project in North India.
Tour the trout hatchery, and enjoy a relaxing riverside walk where Lambadug and Uhl rivers meet.
Optional activities: short hikes, village exploration, or simply unwind in nature.
Overnight stay in Barot.

Day 4: Optional Trek to Lambadug Valley & Sari Pass (3100 m)
For thrill-seekers, embark on a trek along the Lambadug River to the stunning Sari Pass, offering spectacular views of the remote Lug Valley in Kullu.
For the truly adventurous, take the tougher route over Makori Pass leading toward Bara Bangal, a hidden gem deep in the Dhauladhar Range.
Return to Barot by evening.
Overnight stay in Barot.
